COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS GENERALIST
Contract type: 6 months, Project-based - Full-time (possible extension based on performance)
Work location, and Set-up - Pagbilao, Quezon (On-site)

Job Summary:
Supports the HR team in administering and monitoring compensation and benefits programs
during and after the ownership transition. Assists in ensuring salary structures, allowances,
bonuses, and benefits are accurately implemented, compliant with labor laws, and aligned with
new company policies. Provides employee support for inquiries related to pay and benefits, and
helps in data consolidation for HR reporting and audits.
Job Description:
- Assist in processing payroll inputs, allowances, overtime, and benefits in coordination with Finance.
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records, reflecting changes from the ownership transfer.
- Help reconcile and validate benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and insurance coverage during provider or policy changes
- Support communication to employees regarding new pay and benefits structures.
- Prepare regular reports on compensation and benefits for HR management and regulatory compliance.
- Address employee queries and escalate complex issues to senior HR staff.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration, preferably in multinational company or energy and manufacturing sectors (internships included).
- Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
