Job Description
Step into a pivotal role where your communication skills directly fuel business growth and expansion. As a Cold Caller, you'll be the strategic voice connecting this thriving cleaning company with key industry partners including real estate agents, builders, and shop fitters. This position offers the unique opportunity to build lasting professional relationships while securing ongoing commercial contracts that drive consistent revenue. You'll play a crucial role in establishing referral partnerships that transform one-time interactions into long-term business relationships, making every call a potential catalyst for sustained company growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic outreach calls to real estate agents to establish valuable end-of-lease cleaning referral partnerships
- Connect with builders and shop fitters to secure ongoing commercial cleaning opportunities
- Deliver professional, persuasive presentations following provided scripts while maintaining authentic communication
- Maintain comprehensive records of call outcomes and prospect information using CRM systems or organized spreadsheets
- Achieve ambitious daily call volume targets of calls, maximizing outreach efficiency
- Collaborate seamlessly with the lead generation team to ensure smooth prospect hand-offs and follow-ups
- Create detailed after-call documentation and manage strategic follow-up activities to nurture prospects
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or similar outbound sales roles preferred
- Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities with natural relationship-building skills
- Resilient mindset with ability to maintain enthusiasm and professionalism despite rejection
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, spreadsheet management, and basic technology tools
- Self-motivated, target-driven personality with strong work ethic and accountability
- Flexible availability for a part-time schedule with a consistent daily commitment.
- Results-oriented approach with enthusiasm for exceeding performance metrics and earning commission incentives
