LEAP Global Teams is looking for a skilled Appointment Setter to generate qualified leads, cold-call potential clients, and book them an appointment with our Account Executive. This is an on-site role where you'll engage potential clients through outbound calls and other outreach, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow-ups to qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Handle objections and build rapport with decision makers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets.

Requirements

  • Cold-calling and appointment-setting experience is not required but preferred.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & non-verbal) and active listening skills.
  • Strong persuasive and objection-handling abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Apollo, and etc.) is a plus.

  • Adaptable and quick to learn new industries and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
