We're seeking a B2B Cold Caller to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct B2B cold calls to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Set appointments.
  • Effectively manage calendars to ensure timely follow-up and appointment scheduling.
  • Build and nurture long-term business relationships in a non-transactional manner.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook and Instagram
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach out to potential leads

Requirements

What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Proven B2B cold calling work experience: Demonstrated success in generating leads through cold outreach and effectively engaging decision-makers.
  • Professionalism: Uphold a high standard of communication and conduct in all interactions.
  • Non-transactional approach: Focus on relationship-building rather than quick transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills: Clear, concise, and persuasive in all forms of communication.
  • Appointment Setting: A track record of successfully converting initial conversations into scheduled appointments.
  • Calendar Management: Excellent organizational skills and experience using calendar tools
  • Calling Infrastructure: Work experience in using a phone system or platform for making outbound calls.
  • CRM or Contact Management System: Proficiency in using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or similar system to log calls, track progress, and manage contacts.
  • Experience with content creation and social media management (FB & IG)
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach
