We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setters to join our growing team. This role focuses on setting appointments for Debt Repair/Consolidation and Home Improvement services such as Roof Repair and Solar Panel installation. The ideal candidate has a background in telemarketing, cold calling, and lead generation for B2B or B2C campaigns.

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of BPO experience is required, specifically in:
• Cold Calling
• Lead Generation
• Telemarketing or Appointment Setting (B2B/B2C)
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• High tolerance for rejection and pressure in a performance-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and improve based on training and coaching.
• Goal-oriented mindset and resilience to campaign challenges.

Nice to Have:
• Experience in campaigns related to debt repair or home improvement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dialer tools.
