Job Highlights:- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm NZT, including a 1 hour unpaid break

They work with mid-market clients on 3-6 month service contracts and have established clear performance metrics and generous commission structures. The agency values results over hours and has sophisticated sales processes already in place.
Job Description:
You'll be the driving force behind this agency's client acquisition, turning cold prospects into qualified appointments that fuel their growth engine. This isn't your typical cold calling role – you'll work with a results-focused team that rewards performance handsomely and gives you the autonomy to succeed. With an average deal size of $2,500 and a generous commission structure, your earning potential scales directly with your success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns to generate qualified business opportunities
- Set a minimum of 5 qualified appointments per week for the sales team
- Describe marketing automation services in detail to engage prospects effectively
- Manage leads and track progress using GoHighLevel CRM system
- Maintain consistent performance while handling large call volumes with resilience
- Communicate naturally with prospects without sounding like a traditional cold caller
- Work within established conversion metrics (understanding realistic call-to-appointment ratios)
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-off qualified prospects
- 3+ years of proven cold calling and appointment setting experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume calling with persistence and resilience
- Experience describing complex services/products to prospects in detail
- Natural, flexible communication style that builds rapport quickly
- Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a bonus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets
- Bonus if you have experience in marketing or automation services
- Commissions will be provided for meeting targets
