We're seeking a skilled Customer Advocacy Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with small business customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to drive long-term value and expansion with our solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with customers, understanding their goals and challenges, and working with our sales, product, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention, and developing strategies to drive product adoption and growth.
