Technical Customer Advocate

We are looking for a Technical Customer Advocate to join our Hypercare team at Five9 Philippines Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced-level technical support to assigned customers, ensuring timely resolution of high-impact technical cases.
Key Responsibilities- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to Hypercare customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions, clearly communicating progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software support, with a focus on technical advocacy.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
