Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer advocacy initiatives, fostering long-term relationships with customers and driving loyalty and retention.
- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective solutions for complex issues and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions and high-quality support.
Growth & Development:
- Contribute to the creation of compelling content that showcases the benefits and value of our digital asset services, resonating with both existing and prospective customers.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the crypto market, offering actionable insights to inform business strategy and drive sustainable growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking progress toward established goals and making data-driven decisions to optimize customer success initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in cryptocurrency concepts, including trading, wallets, and DeFi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional level English.
- Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within tech, fintech, or a fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
- Familiarity with social media and community management principles.
