
Top Client Success Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Client Partner to lead our client success initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as experience driving renewals and customer advocacy programs.
You will be responsible for building lasting client relationships that drive trust, value, and security, and contribute to the growing cybersecurity space.
- Serve as the primary post-sale contact for assigned clients, conducting regular check-ins to review progress, address issues, and share updates.
- Track and report on defined customer health metrics and proactively identify and address risks to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Own the renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely completion, and collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities or complex negotiations.

This Client Partner position requires 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in a B2B environment. Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Zoho is a plus, as well as experience in cybersecurity, IT, or compliance.
