About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to enhance client experiences and drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Escalation Resolution (60%): Handle complaints, resolve issues within established criteria, and provide support to team members.
  • Team Leadership (10%): Manage the daily performance of the Client Experience Team, conduct quarterly evaluations, and oversee recruitment processes.
  • Process Improvement (20%): Review procedures and client experience pathways for enhancements, analyze client data, and contribute to policy development.
  • Task Automation (5%): Identify tasks that can be automated or outsourced, manage training, and transfer knowledge effectively.
  • Customer Satisfaction (5%): Manage Net Promoter Score surveys, monitor results, and implement initiatives to grow our customer satisfaction score.

Main Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management abilities.
