Client Success Specialist, Enterprise Accounts
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our enterprise-level clients.
Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
You will work closely with our Client Success Manager to develop and execute account strategies that drive client satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities include managing daily communications with clients, responding to client requests and questions, and maintaining a proactive approach to client success.
Additionally, you will participate in client-facing meetings, review account data and performance metrics, and create customized reports to highlight account health and performance.
As a Client Success Specialist, you will also work closely with our Client Support and Operations teams to drive corrective actions for our enterprise clients.
Proactive problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of urgency are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to consistently work in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (USA)
- Consistent access to high-speed internet and reliable equipment
- 2+ years of client-facing or account support experience (Enterprise SaaS or services industry preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and proactivity
- Prior experience working in a client-facing role
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to client support
