About the Role:
">- We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our enterprise clients through a comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to operations.
- This role involves overseeing service delivery across multiple teams, implementing strategies to optimize workflows, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, resource utilization, and service effectiveness.
- The Client Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing Project and Campaign Managers, providing guidance, accountability, and performance support.
- In addition, they will work closely with internal teams to maintain data security and operational integrity.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, client success, or account management, preferably in BPO, outsourcing, or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Basecamp), and data reporting tools.
