Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences for everyone at our organization.
  • Support employee questions and inquiries, providing high-level support and considering how we innovate and advance our operational backbone.
Operational Support
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate operational documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and related correspondence.
  • Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Automation & Reporting
  • Develop automation of operational processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Own the operational space and maintain up-to-date documents.
  • Report on operational initiatives as required.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding organizational policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
