Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to fill the role of HR Generalist. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance.

You will resolve employee grievances, maintain a log of daily HR cases, and track resolution times for process improvement. Additionally, you will conduct pre-boarding activities, organize orientation sessions, and assign mentors or buddy programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing employee engagement activities, conducting regular check-ins and feedback sessions, and acting as a mediator in employee disputes. You will also assess training needs for new employees, develop training materials, and schedule and conduct training sessions.

Furthermore, you will process payroll accurately, manage employee benefits, address payroll discrepancies, and stay updated on tax regulations and deductions to ensure compliance. You will also ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations, regularly update HR policies, and conduct compliance training and awareness programs.

In addition to these tasks, you will collect and analyze HR metrics, prepare reports and dashboards for leadership insights, and use data-driven decision-making to improve HR processes. You will also perform regular audits of HR records, review employee files, and identify trends and issues from audit results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in operations
  • Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and HR analytics tools
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration platforms
  • Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
  • Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, or similar tools
  • Process documentation and SOP creation expertise
  • Proficiency in audit and compliance tracking
  • Project management capabilities for process improvement initiatives

  • Adaptability to changing HR policies and business needs
