Human Resources Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to spearhead our human resources function.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in delivering customized HR leadership across multiple facets, including culture management, onboarding, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.

This role involves interfacing with all employees to ensure that HR programs and initiatives enhance business results while maintaining a positive, employee-centric company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive improvements in business objectives, employee engagement, productivity, and development.
  • Collaborate closely with department leaders and management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
  • Create, implement, and measure employee engagement and other culture-centric initiatives to make the workplace exceptional.
  • Work with international HR staff to ensure alignment of HR processes across global offices with the company's mission, vision, and core values.
  • Participate in corporate interviews to assess cultural fit.
  • Assist in drafting employment agreements, coordinate with other departments for efficient onboarding, and provide support to management on sensitive matters.
  • Analyze trends, develop metrics, and create programs to meet key business objectives and goals.
  • Prepare reports and oversee regulatory submissions, such as the EEO-1 Report.
  • Analyze HR policies and processes, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements, reducing legal risks, and ensuring compliance.
  • Partner with the payroll team for compliance and administer benefits plans.
  • Manage investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
