HR Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and emotionally intelligent individual to join our team as an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting both administrative tasks and people operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff members when they have questions about schedules, time off, or pay
  • Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs
  • Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage staff schedules
  • Prepare and submit payroll data through our platform (biweekly)
  • Assist on-site staff in tracking and ordering of office and medical supplies for each location
  • Escalate complex or sensitive HR issues to leadership for assistance

The HR Generalist will also provide business support by tracking key client renewal dates and preparing employer reports. Additionally, the candidate will conduct patient outreach for failed payments, missing registration items, or incomplete forms.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal team dynamics professionally
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records and billing software
