Job Title: US HR Admin Coordinator

This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, handling tasks related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and track various documents and records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries and concerns
  • Manage training and performance evaluation schedules

Requirements and Qualifications:

For this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, 2-3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR/Admin supporting US-based companies is highly desirable.


Desirable Skills and Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of BambooHR and ATS/HRIS platforms
  • Understanding of US federal and state labor laws
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
