Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to various stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, documenting solutions and communicating them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, utilizing the service management system to log and track issues, service requests and complaints.

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to and resolving IT service incidents and customer complaints efficiently.

  • Document solutions and communicate them clearly to end-users, creating user-friendly documentation and guides as needed.

  • Handle incoming IT service requests from employees, ensuring proper resolution and communication, and collaborate with the IT Support Manager and other team members to improve service delivery processes.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with service management systems and tools, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
