Service Delivery Expert

As a key member of the delivery organization, this role is accountable for delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders.

The Service Delivery Expert will be responsible for managing all major issues, coordinating activities with relevant stakeholders to resolve complex service delivery issues addressed by clients. They will also act as the first escalation point for clients, performing in-depth analysis on requests and providing solutions.

This individual will support projects by providing specific service delivery requirements during design and build phases, ensuring smooth transitions into operations. Additionally, they will define and review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with clients.

The Service Delivery Expert will functionally lead more complex delivery units to achieve stated objectives on service delivery, ensuring high-quality services meet client expectations. This includes monitoring and delivering service operational metrics, coordinating service restoration in case of major incidents, and facilitating continuous improvement of service effectiveness and efficiency.

Key qualifications for this role include proven experience in collaborative service and operational team structures, ideally in a technology or finance business environment. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of banking businesses and their interaction with IT services.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess knowledge of SLAs and service monitoring methods, as well as experience in managing processes and procedures in complex environments. Strong prioritizing and decision-making abilities, along with excellent communication and presentation skills, are essential for this position.
