Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of experts and drive the successful delivery of services to our clients.

About the Role
  • Lead assigned team members in implementing customer contracts, defining project goals, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues related to each project.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • IDentify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to meet their expectations.
  • Mentor and train support teams to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and service delivery is required. Preferably, candidates should have expertise in the IT field or services.

A degree in Computer Science, Management, Economics, or a related field is essential.

The ideal candidate must be able to work within the US time zone and be willing to work onsite.
