Senior Service Delivery Expert

The Senior Service Delivery Expert will oversee customer support teams to ensure exceptional service delivery for e-commerce brands.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide personalized guidance to support team growth.
  • Evaluate team performance regularly and recommend opportunities for advancement, recognition, or training.
  • Foster a positive, supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
\Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading customer-facing teams.
  • A proven background in customer service leadership with expertise in managing multiple platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and Amazon.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
  • A track record of effectively managing attendance, KPIs, and employee performance.
  • Experience in conducting regular team meetings, one-on-one mentoring, and performance reviews.
