Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in QUEZON CITY. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for handling OTC transactional tasks, establishing and maintaining good relationships with client personnel, and ensuring daily activities are fulfilled according to timetable, procedures, and business goals.

In this role, you will work on order management, verifying order details for accuracy, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment, and highlighting incorrect orders to the client for revalidation.

You will also be responsible for customer masterdata management, order and credit management, billing and invoicing, collections and disputes, deductions and cash application.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or related management degrees, with 1-2 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) with basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.

A good understanding of general finance concepts and principles is essential, as well as applied knowledge of customer masterdata management, order and credit management, billing and invoicing, collections and disputes, deductions and cash application.

Candidates should also have intermediate MS Excel skills, excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, and at least 1 year of experience in collections (preferably B2B) and collections support (voice), and disputes management.
