Key Job Responsibilities

● Responsible for receiving and inspecting all incoming deliveries from the supplier.

● Responsible for receiving and inspecting all Repair Merchandise Accounts (RMA) units.

● Responsible for receiving and inspecting all Return Merchandise Stocks (RMS) from branches.

● Review supplier documents like Delivery Receipt, Invoices and Purchase Order before and after receiving to

ensure that products are correct and complete.

● Responsible for accurately TRANS-IN or barcode scanning of all incoming deliveries, RMA, and RMS products.

● Safeguard company properties, products and documents.

● Accountable for the receiving documents.

● Prepare and email Daily Extraction Reports to IMT, Accounting & the CEO.

● May require to prepare other documents relating to incoming deliveries.

● Submit the original AP Invoices, Supplier Delivery Receipt, Supplier Invoice, and PO to accounting.

● Clean and maintain orderly in the receiving area.

● May assist in warehouse operations when needed.

● May assist Audit

● May be required to flex hours to support all areas of the business.

● Additional duties as assigned by the management including not limited to:

● Tagging of un-serialized items

● Put-away of received items

● Sorting of warehouse products

● Other errands

Qualifications

  • Knowledge

    ● Demonstrates ability to learn or has knowledge in end-to-end Inbound Process

    ● Demonstrates ability to learn or has knowledge of computer products

    ● Demonstrates ability to learn or has knowledge in Data Encoding and Report Generation

    ● Knowledge in verifying Suppliers Documents vs Products

    Skills

    ● Demonstrates computer literacy

    ● Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills

    Talent

    ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    ● Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision

    ● Ability to work effectively with other people towards common goals and objectives

    ● Willingness to learn other warehouse task

    Experience

    ● With atleast 1 year valid experience in Inbound Operations

    ● Familiar in using ERP

    Education

    ● Atleast College Level
