Business Operations Specialist

The Business Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our team. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to order equipment, supplies, and materials within prescribed processes, providing timely and accurate support to senior team members, and maintaining relevant records and documentation for audit and reference purposes.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to order equipment, supplies, and material within a prescribed process.
  • Support senior team members in a timely and accurate manner to enable the smooth functioning of administration activities.
  • Maintain relevant records and documentation for audit and reference purposes as guided by senior team members.
  • Prioritize service requests in order to support other team members to drive the timely completion of strategic projects and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaboration with stakeholders to order equipment, supplies, and materials within prescribed processes.
  2. Timely and accurate support to senior team members.
  3. Maintenance of relevant records and documentation for audit and reference purposes.
  4. Prioritization of service requests to drive the timely completion of strategic projects and activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in back-office support, case management.
  • Experience in a high-volume environment with multiple demands.
  • Self-starter and multi-tasker, juggling different processes.
