Job Title: Business Operations Specialist
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities including order processing, sales follow-up, and bill analysis.
- Collate sales funnel and weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Provide general administration support to the sales team including business travel arrangements.
- Handle office operational and administrative tasks including filing of documents, procurement, and maintenance of office supplies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in business operations or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
