Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing AR team to ensure smooth invoicing and collections.
  • Drive efficiency in billing processes and maintain accurate client data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve systems.
  • Provide insightful reporting and support finance-related projects.
  • Champion process improvements and system enhancements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Accounts Receivable roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of complex invoicing systems.
  • Proven ability in debt collection in an accounts receivable role.
  • Exposure to international billings and collections.
  • Experience in leading a team, including team management and motivation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to discuss problems with clients and determine solutions.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook skills.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An ability to work under pressure and organise work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels within the organisation.
  • Knowledge of Financial Management Information Systems and related systems.
  • Experience working in finance-related projects and process improvements projects.
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
