Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the development of innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of sales plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and establish strong connections with clients and associates through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Engage in the creation of compelling presentations and sales materials that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
  • Provide regular sales reports and analyses to management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate in the development and administration of focused advertising campaigns that yield high returns on investment.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand.
  • Support the organization of events and trade exhibits, showcasing our capabilities and building relationships with potential partners.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform our marketing strategy and drive business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, communications, etc.).
  • Fresh graduates or those with prior work experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
