Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Planner to lead our team in developing forecasts, resource plans, and schedules for new programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce management and be able to partner with various stakeholders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, resource plans, and schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels and meet customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Clients to identify opportunities for improvement and implement new models to support staffing and volume changes.
  • Performance Analysis: Lead reviews of Call Center efficiency and customer service performance to ensure client needs and financial performance are met.
  • Tool Configuration: Partner with IT to ensure that forecasting, planning, and scheduling tools/software are properly configured and maintained to support the Workforce Management team.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university with more than seven years of relevant experience (with at least two years of progressive management experience) preferred.
  • Skills: Experience with forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling software tools; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment; demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.
