Job Title

Business Strategist for Data Governance

As a Business Strategist for Data Governance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote growth and prosperity. You will lead a team of data analysts focused on data setup processes, including first/second level resolution support for data governance setup processes and related systems.

The successful candidate will have knowledge in Azure, Machine Learning, Big Decisions, or related platforms. You will pull and analyze company databases and external sources to infer data figures, perform complex statistical analysis, and create data visuals to gain insights. You will provide reports and recommendations to improve business efficiency or growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead and oversee employee work, ensuring efficient business operations and setting strategic goals for growth.
  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of these goals.
  • Ensure the team has adequate resources to meet deliverables.
  • Organize and coordinate with business units for maximum productivity.
  • Supervise employees, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Maintain relationships with business functions, partners, and users.
  • Assess team performance against KPIs, SLAs, and metrics.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in data governance, data quality management, information architecture, and governance design and implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, IT, Informatics, Business Management, or related field.
