Key Role in Business Strategy Execution

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in propelling business strategies forward.

  1. Analyze financial implications and provide recommendations to management to improve long-term profitability.
  2. Work closely with top management and various departments to drive financial results.
  3. Conduct monthly financial performance analysis, forecast, and business planning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Strategy: Conduct thorough financial analysis of strategic tactics to enhance long-term financial performance and provide informed financial recommendations.
  2. Business Planning: Advise management on financial matters; develop analytical models to optimize business planning processes; train cost center managers on planning systems; recommend resource allocation alternatives and ensure timely completion of functional expense, capital, and FTE business plans.
  3. Project Profitability Analysis: Approve capital and lease projects up to defined limits; analyze Divisional, Regional, or District projects, and recommend actions to improve long-term profitability.
  4. Financial Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and presentations at the District, Regional, or Divisional levels; identify trends and make recommendations to minimize risk and maximize opportunities.
  5. Pricing: Support review of pricing relevance by analyzing cost components and drivers.
  6. Policies and Procedures: Clarify and communicate policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
