About the Role

This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in developing and implementing digital policies that ensure a safe and secure online environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

As a Digital Policy Strategist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement policies that balance user safety, product goals, and commercial realities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine digital policies in partnership with operations, quality, and learning experience teams.
  • Analyze policy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide clear interpretations and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global, multicultural, and multilingual teams to drive scaled solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital policy, operations, content moderation, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proven ability to create and refine policy in large-scale operations or BPO environments.
  • Demonstrated experience turning regulatory guidance into frontline-ready SOPs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
