Growth Strategist

This role requires a strong leader to oversee the Service Tower and drive its growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the strategic objectives of the Service Tower, including a three-year business planning roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and driving business growth through effective leadership and strategic planning. They will also have strong analytical skills and be able to provide high-level indications of priority territories, industries, and market segments.
Responsibilities:
- Determine the strategic objectives of the Service Tower, including a three-year business planning roadmap.
- Provide high-level indications of priority territories, industries, and market segments.
- Develop a workforce plan and capability model to support the Service Tower's growth strategy.
- Work with the SEAC Alliance leadership team to determine the alliance strategy for the Service Tower.
- Support the SEAC Territories by providing an effective user journey for market activation, deal qualification, solution orchestration, and commissioning.
