Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the design and execution of our human capital strategy. This role will be responsible for aligning our workforce with our vision, growth, and organizational values.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR leadership experience, with a strong background in Organizational Development. They will lead the design and implementation of OD frameworks, drive change management initiatives, and conduct organizational assessments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to ensure timely hiring of top-tier talent.
  • Oversee the design and administration of total rewards programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits.
  • Provide strategic HR support to department heads through business partnering, talent planning, and performance management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Organizational Development.
  • Proven experience overseeing multi-functional HR teams, including TA, Comp & Ben, and HRBP.
