
Human Capital Strategist

- Lead talent acquisition to attract, recruit, and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse workforce.
- Drive employee engagement through effective communication, recognition programs, and positive workplace culture development.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans for employees.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders, supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and supporting disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Develop and oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing HR process efficiencies and automation opportunities.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong HR operations experience.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a large, complex organization.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in a multinational environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for decision-making.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
