Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to the Human Resources function, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives and workforce efficiency.

This encompasses a comprehensive range of HR responsibilities, including talent acquisition, compensation planning, employee relations, performance management, training development, and compliance management.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of driving results-oriented initiatives within HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to optimize staffing levels.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems and improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external L&D programs to enhance employee skillsets.
  • Monitor HR metrics, maintain accurate records, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing HR teams, with a focus on employee experience, customer service, and staff retention.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.
