  • Develop and maintain accurate staffing schedules to ensure efficient operations, analyzing data to identify challenges and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on workforce analysis to support business needs, ensuring high-quality client experience by monitoring and responding to Service Level variations.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS applications or Google Suite, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules and changing priorities.
