We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as Head of Human Resources and Operations at RCX Recruitment Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. You will work closely with our leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure effective execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent; manage the full hiring process from job postings to onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and mediating conflicts; implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Design and oversee performance appraisal systems; provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Policies Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs; promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace; develop programs that enhance awareness and encourage a culture of respect and equity.
  • Team Building: Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen relationships among employees; encourage collaboration and a sense of community within teams.
  • Conflict Resolution: Provide mediation and conflict resolution support to managers and employees; develop strategies to address and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • HR Administration: Manage payroll, benefits, and HRIS; ensure accurate and timely administration of employee records and all employment contracts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources with a strong focus on HR administration and management.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Odoo software is a plus.
What We Offer
