">The Customer Service Team Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customer service representatives meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

- Performance Management: Supervise and coach team members to achieve outstanding results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.">
- Training and Development: Collaborate with HR to design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives, aligning with business objectives.">
- Client Communication: Serve as the second point of escalation for client issues, resolving problems promptly and professionally, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.">
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, investigating and addressing any discrepancies or concerns.">
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit accurate reports on team performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize operations.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing leadership position, preferably in the IT or business administration sector.">
- Proven track record of driving high-performing teams and achieving excellent customer satisfaction ratings.">
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.">
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.">
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple projects simultaneously.">
What We Offer
">Tangent Solutions, Inc. offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of P 120,000 - 180,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
