Job Overview
At Neksjob Philippines, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to oversee our customer service operations. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to our business and end-consumer customers across multiple sub-families.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be accountable for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles. You will also be responsible for analyzing customer issues, resolving them efficiently, and providing technical and non-technical support to customers via phone, online chat, or text.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery
* Analyze customer issues and resolve them promptly, escalating complex cases to senior colleagues when necessary
* Provide technical and non-technical support to customers via various communication channels, including phone, online chat, and text
* Collaborate with production and distribution departments to resolve customer-related issues
* Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments to facilitate effective issue resolution
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, production, and distribution teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
