Qualifications:
  • College graduate of any 4-year course.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service, leadership, and account processing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience handling people and loan documents.
  • Knowledge of the OFW and Seaman industry is preferred.
