Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Cebu team, ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Analyze and report key operational metrics.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Support business expansion projects and new warehouse openings.
  • Handle escalations and emergency logistics issues as required
  • Oversee logistics and supply chain operations in the Cebu region.
  • Ensure smooth warehouse, transportation, and delivery operations while optimizing costs and service levels.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and compliance guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and local authorities.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel across the region and work under a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
  • Knowledge of logistics technology and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
