Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Branch Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple branch locations within a designated region. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent business growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team development across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to branch managers and their teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate branch performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Oversight
  • Ensure branches operate efficiently and comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to assess operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement best practices across branches to drive operational consistency.
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Set regional sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the region, including market expansion or new service offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to drive local and regional campaigns.
  • Financial Management
  • Develop and manage the regional budget, ensuring profitability of each branch.
  • Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Approve major expenditures and monitor resource allocation.
  • People Management
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent across the region.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to branch managers.
  • Promote a positive work environment and resolve staff issues effectively.
