Job Description:

The Regional Expansion Manager role involves driving the expansion of our franchise network, ensuring brand consistency and fostering strong relationships with franchisees. This position requires strategic planning, market analysis, financial performance monitoring and franchisee support.

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement regional-specific plans to expand the franchise network in alignment with company growth targets and regional priorities.

This includes identifying, evaluating and securing new franchise opportunities through lead generation, industry networking and other relevant activities.

Additionally, you will manage the franchise recruitment process, including vetting potential partners, conducting interviews and presenting business proposals.

Collaboration with legal and finance teams is also required to support franchise agreement negotiations and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional-specific plans to expand the franchise network.
  • Identify, evaluate and secure new franchise opportunities.
  • Manage the franchise recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Operations Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in franchise development, retail expansion or business development roles.
  • A proven track record of managing multi-unit expansion and supporting franchisees or regional operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project management and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and making informed decisions based on business KPIs and market insights.
