Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aligned with regional and national objectives to achieve volume targets in assigned distributor territories.
  • Optimize trade spend in assigned geographical territories by analyzing market trends, negotiating with distributors, and streamlining sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market research to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and other business initiatives.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration, along with at least one year of experience in sales and distribution functions. Strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal and customer negotiation skills are essential for this role.
