Key Account Partnership Specialist
  • Forge and sustain strong partnerships with leading restaurant chains through proactive communication and regular, personal interactions with restaurant managers.
  • Renegotiate contract terms such as commission rates or minimum basket sizes with restaurant managers on a consistent basis.
  • Convince restaurant managers to implement backlinks on their websites or splash pages to enhance online conversions into additional orders.
  • Streamline aftersales processes by optimizing operations and CRM systems for maximum efficiency.
  • Identify and secure top partner restaurants for corporate menu booklets and monitor order growth alongside customer satisfaction post-integration.
  • Negotiate exclusive deals with key partner restaurants to boost orders while maintaining relationship quality.
  • Evaluate and ensure partner restaurants maintain exceptional customer experiences, providing guidance on how to improve when necessary.

A bachelor's degree is mandatory. Leadership or account management experience in the food and beverages industry is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

This role involves frequent travel and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
