Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough market research and analyze current industry trends and the competitive landscape in the food and non-food raw materials sector.
  2. Identify and analyze new market players within the Food and Non-Food industries.
  3. Manage top accounts within these industries, ensuring alignment with the company's product portfolio.
  4. Design and execute customer surveys to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and improve service offerings.
  5. Develop and implement social media strategies to engage current and prospective customers.
  6. Monitor trends, industry discussions, and competitor activities across digital platforms to provide insights for brand positioning and product development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within raw materials, industrial products, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that increase sales and market share.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, social media management, content creation, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, CRM, and lead-generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
