Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for handling service support calls and promoting value-added services to customers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service support to customers via phone calls and other communication channels.
  • Promote and cross-sell value-added services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Filipino citizenship or relevant status.
  • Basic web navigation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to start immediately.
  • Valid NBI clearance (6 months to 1 year validity).
