Key Responsibilities

As a Home Security Call Center Agent, your primary duties will include:

  • Assessing security needs and recommending tailored solutions to homeowners
  • Providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create customized security plans
Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (HS Grad / SHS Grad)
  • Experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
