Job Responsibilities
- Sourcing and selecting top talent through various channels
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing objectives
- Ensuring all recruitment activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Science, or other related discipline
- At least 3 years working experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in FMCG industry)
- Good communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple search requirements
